Griškānu parish youth centre JOLO svin 1 year anniversary
On 18 March, a event called “Uptown Party” was held AT Griškānu parish cultural house for the JOLO 1 anniversary of the youth centre JOLO 1. Immediately after the dance, the solemn event leader, Griškānu parish youth specialist, Igor Isupov, who has been working for more than a year and continues to “spark”, helps young people to spend their free time useful.

It is a great pleasure that Griškānu shows more and more cooperation with other parish. Mākoņkalna parish young people from the centre of interest “hive” had arrived with a prepared greeting and a poster with a velvet IN JOLO. Čornajas parish, with the head of the cultural house Santa Vish-Gaisins, also warmly welcomed local champions with 1 year anniversary festival. As one of the last, they went to the stage AT Ozolmuižas young people who had a sporting gift, as well as playing a game that tested how well Griškānu parish young people had met each other while working AT THE JOLO Center. One of the tasks was to break through the pairs and try to read the phrases while the headphones are playing music. It is important to admit that this test was not easy, but the young people were great at the end.
It was followed by one of the contests - the determination of the Queen of the evening and the king of the king. 4 pairs applied for this competition. In order to determine the king and queen of the event, there was a need for a number of tests in dancing and parody art. A lawyer from Ozolmuižas and Annie from Mākoņkalna parish became winners. The other participants in the competition who tried to show themselves from the best party should also be asked. A true joy that the Rezekne municipality had arrived in a small number and created a friendly atmosphere and actively participated in all activities during the event.
For more than a year, THE youth centre JOLO has been active in the parish and, during this period, Griškānu parish Youth has been enabled to do much, while young people participated in more than 24 different types of youth activities. Griškānu Youth has gained confidence that it is possible to do much if it works as a real team.
