Kaunatians joining in the dance at the vecherinka

Kaunatas at 115 years of anniversary On the evening of 27 July, a vecherinka took place in Kaunatas. It included Kaunatas middle-generation dance collective “Kaunata” and a youth dance collective “rasa” with Alla Silov, both collective manager, and neighbors - Mākoņkalna parish-dance group “Superstar” with manager Intu Gribusti, head of the People's House Skaidritis Beitans and head of THE Mākoņkalna management unit Rolandu kalvi. There was also a večerinkā in the vecherinka Kaunatas parish administration manager Sergei Bashmakov.
The evening began with memories of where the local people had been celebrated, which was the best log musician. In the course of the evening, together with the village people, we danced the krakovjaku, listened to the presentation and, with the help of the video, remembered THE first start of Kaunatas dance collections.
Similarly, there was no common match where all the participants were involved – “Plaustinpolka” and “kid.”
As we remember the past, we did not forget about the future – the dance collectively showed dances that danced in the 2018 song and dance festival, celebrating Latvia's centuries.
Our guerinos participated in the neighbours from Mākoņkalna, summing up and congratulating Kaunatu on these festivals!
