Young people in Latgale participate in unique business games

In order to strengthen young people's confidence in themselves and develop business thinking, the project “is a leader!” in cooperation with the municipality of Rezekne, 2 March, 12.00 organizes a business game competition “road to wealth”. 11 teams from the Latgale region have applied for the competition. The games will be held in the large hall of the municipality of Rezekne, in the Alleys OF Liberation, IN Rēzekne.
The aim of the business game competition is to develop young people's entrepreneurial capacities, with particular attention to the practical application of knowledge in real business situations, factor analysis, decision-making, skills planning and thinking forward-looking, organisational skills.
The business game competition is organized in regions, with finals in Riga. Also last year, young people from across Latvia participated in the business game competition. “Business games give you the opportunity to play specific business situations in a short period of time, which are happening and developing much more slowly in real life, as well as seeing and understanding the mistakes made, assessing the consequences of errors that are irreversible in real life” is considered by Ilze Belgiinska, Director of Latvian Business and Management Academy.
“You're a leader!” for more than ten years, the most powerful, courageous, targeted and attractive young people in Latvia! The aim of the project is to promote the acquisition of students' knowledge and skills, the development of attitudes and values to motivate lifelong learning and a conscious career.
