During Easter, THE Ozolaines People's House, THE Ozolaines parish library and the youth free time centre “Ozo” invited pupils to participate in the Easter Olympics in the Easter Olympics, examining young people's knowledge of Easter and calling for an interesting and beautiful Easter tradition.
In the afternoon when the school was closed, the pupils climbed into the bus and went to THE Ozolaines People's House, where they were waiting for spring yellow, bright Easter hares. The participants were invited to go to the library premises, where they all had to deal with both enthusiasm and knowledge tests. The teams had to mention the Easter Island after the picture, a day called Green Thursday, to deal with Easter Rebus and the crossword puzzle, and, in the correct order, and recognize the trees on the table. They were invited to go outside and enjoy the great sunny spring day, while performing more active tasks. One of the most popular Easter traditions was played in the first test. In preparation for the second activity, Easter hares had hid a whole bunch of Easter eggs around the Bexes pond, and the children were given the task of finding these eggs as much as possible at a time. One team was very good at the egg search competition, another less, but the next task - a raw egg-hunting competition - was all. Two team members had to create an increasing distance between themselves and throw the egg successfully, of course without ripping it.
When the members of the Olympics had dealt with all the tasks, Easter hares invited everyone to go to the Ozo youth club's premises where the traditional egg dyeing was waiting. On the table there was both the eggs and the natural materials collected in the village of Bexes - moss, different shapes and sizes. The eggs traditionally prepared for egg dyeing were carried out, where the fire was already smoked on the fire. But while the eggs were “painted” in the boiler, the members of the Olympics were treated with a baked pie and a taste of herbal tea. The young people enjoyed the rusty rusty of the hares, but the hares counted as much as each of the teams had obtained.
All the participants, and three teams, who were able to collect the highest number of points, also received Easter Olympics. The 1 st place was received by the 9 th class team “bees”.
At the end of the competition, they were invited again, together with the hares, to defeat a joint Olympics dance that the young people were willing to do. And finally, a colourful Easter eggs were prepared in the cast-iron pot.
Thank all the participants for their participation in the Easter Shampod and wish everyone, small and large, the celebrations of the festival, giving themselves and the pleasure of the festival! Easter is a festival that brings with them both hundreds of years ago and new and interesting, traditions coming from other countries. The main thing is to bring family and friends together in festivals, bringing together the joy of being together and encouraging a pleasant time together!
