Growing demand for safe local food consumption also increases the requirements against the product manufacturer. In order to be stable and competitive, new solutions must be sought for the creation of added value. It is a chain of interconnected activities. An unambiguous role is both the continuous improvement of the quality of the goods, the opportunities for local production and the mutual communication between the producer and the customer.
It is important to know the knowledge and knowledge of customers directly about local production, where the producer itself makes a public understanding of domestic production as a set of values. How do i really relate these things? What resources are needed?
In recent years, active activities in addressing these issues are carried out BY SIA “Latvian Rural Consultation and Education Centre” (LLCC). This year, a new tradition, with the aim of encouraging people to come, enjoy, know and assess the performance of their homes, has started with the event. In the summer, Viļānu and Rēzekne-led small producers were very successful in Kraslava. They have something to tell, share their experiences.
Therefore, THE LLCC Rēzekne Bureau invites all stakeholders, both domestic producers and those who seem to be bound by this sector to discuss, listen, ask.
