Maltas parish administration proclaims a vacancy to the position of the head of the artistic part of THE cultural house OF Maltas. Login until October 10, 2019.
Requirements for applicants:
1. Secondary or higher education in the field of culture or experience in cultural work;
2. Professionalism, skills for work individually and collective, good communication capabilities.
3. Skill to work with computer at user level.
4. Organisational skills;
5. Ability to take responsibility, honesty, creativity and wealth.
Duties:
1. Understand the general principles of organisation of cultural life in a particular cultural environment.
2. Before planning events, analyse the public interest and needs, assess priorities, exiting material and physical opportunities.
3. Coordinating the collective work of THE artistic self-activity OF THE CN. Co-operate with collective managers, coordinate collective attempts schedules and participation in the events organised BY THE CN.
4. To take care of the provision of CN collective concert activities and participation in a variety of events and festivals.
5. Together with THE CN manager at the beginning of the working season, draw up a plan of THE CN measures.
6. Systematically fill in the work accounting journal.
7. Take care of the timely insertion of information on the measures taken BY THE CN in the media.
8. Develop the design of the events and determine the genre of the event by choosing appropriate stylistic and artistic expressions.
9. Create event scenarios and concert programs.
10. Cooperate with other administrations of THE Maltas parish administration and THE organisation OF NGOs activities.
11. Where necessary, to depart during THE CN measures in order to ensure order, in accordance with the instructions of the Director OF THE CN.
12. Perform artistic space and spatial design.
Responsibility:
1. Timely and qualitative execution of job duties.
2. Compliance WITH the INTERNAL rules of THE CN, fire safety and occupational safety rules at the workplace.
3. Responsible use and maintenance of material values in good technical condition.
