In 2019, the Central School of Rezne was planning and studying the possibilities of the “Latvian School Finish” project to expand its vision, enjoying offers of art and cultural areas for pupils, as well as travelling to various interesting places of Latvia.
Thanks to pre-established schools and SIA “Kinopoints'“ co-operation, the younger class pupils had a unique opportunity to enjoy the latest Latvian animation movies, Jacob, Mimmi and speaking dogs ”'pre-demonstration at their school. Using the project features, the school purchased a license to play the film and technically provided the film impressions. After watching the film, the pupils took a verbal review of the film, welcoming the story of a story, a well-understood artistic performance, and a pronounced story in the development of their character. The animated story of Riga Centre boy Jacob's summer adventure, as if in the unfavourable Riga micro-district in Moscow, which had both the first incomprehension of what was happening and the friendship with local Mimmi and the enthusiastic adventures along with speaking dogs, became a guide to our children, how to make friends and to do important things with others.
Class 1-3 pupils had a unique opportunity to visit the Liepāja doll Theatre hotel show 'three rubs' in the Rēzekne cultural house. For several pupils it was the first visit to the theatre show. The art of artistic high-value and professionally designed dolls in children was very appropriate, as well as comprehensible and easy to understand. The pupils knew the culture of the theatre visit from the entrance, the wardrobe, the place in the theatre hall, the pupils learned to behave, look, understand, and thank the artists for their performance. In terms of time, the performance was very optimum, as many pupils did not yet have a focus on concentrating attention. After watching the show, the children made their impressions creative in language hours, as well as creating an improvised drawing at the school.
