Stronger Latgale women's basketball team – “Moseņis” from Rezekne municipality

On April 6, the Latvian basketball championship of the Latvian Women's Basketball Championship, which took part in Preilu, Kalupes, Ilūkstes, Jçkabpils and Rezekne District teams, took place in the Rēzekne municipality. The 3 rd place was won by the Premier team, and for the second year of the year, 1 st and 2 nd place remained unchanged, i.e. 2 nd place for the Kalupes team and 1 st place for the women's basketball team “Moseņis”. The best players were also awarded in each team: Jçkabpils – Baiba Grasa, Ilūkste – Evita Kalinina, Kalupe – Santa Baltace, Preiļi – Ieva Babre, Rēzekne municipality team – League Ludborja.

In order to thank all the teams, coaches and judges, the Rēzekne municipality's sports specialist Igor Derjagin and the Rēzekne District team had taken care of the respect.

On behalf of the Rēzekne municipality, the women's basketball team “Moseņis” would like to thank all teams, their coaches and personally Igor Derjagin for promoting women's basketball in Latgale region, as well as supporting other tournaments.

The women's basketball team “Moseņis” was played by: Ilze Kalniņa, Christine bag, Santa Ostrovska, Christine-rimish, Ingona Rubule, Editte Corklisha, Dina potash, Jana Makarova, Ramona Anchupāne, Maria Piejurnieks, League Ludborja, Ginta Pavlova, Ilona login, Liene Favlova.
