Sports festival in pre-school educational institutions

The sports festival that became a tradition this year brought more than 170 Rēzeknes to a 5-6-year-old pre-school child. For the third year, sports festival events were organised in “friendly fractions” involving both pre-school educational institutions and schools implementing pre-school education programmes. This is a very successful solution, given that 18 pre-school educational institutions and 8 schools are active in the Rēzekne municipality. Therefore, together with the 5-6 pre-school children, it is possible to better realise the objectives pursued: to promote sport, as a health-enhancing, relaxing and emotional activity and to promote healthy lifestyles, to strengthen friendly relations between the children of the pre-school educational institution.
On 20 November, children from Ilzeskalna PII, Bērzgales PII, McKashan Lucia Ranāne in secondary schools, Nautrēnu PII “Crisis”, Verham Basic Schools to share sports, show their own performance, had arrived at Adamov's boarding school sports hall.
On 23 November, pre-school children's teams from Kaunatas PII “bell”, Griškānu PII, Čornajas PII “miracle”, Mākoņkalna PII, Rēznas elementary schools met in the People's House of Rezne. The team of pre-school teachers of the primary school of Rezna engaged children in Youtras and sporting activities, creating a life-friendly atmosphere for all the present.
On 24 November, THE Rikavas cultural house was covered by children's chalks from Audriņu PII, Dricānu PII, Sherjan PII “bell”, Gaigalavas PII, Rikavas PII. The Listen Sports Festival brought the highest number of participants.
On 26 November, athletic teams from six educational institutions - Maltas PII, Maltas High Schools, Lūznavas PII “fairy”, Silmalas PII, Ozolaines PII “ridge”, Feimaņu primary schools, met at Feimaņu primary school. In “villages”, children were able to improve their skills in the team.
On December 4, the working collective of the cops of the cruise school took up sporting and violent pre-pupils from Nagļu PII, Sakstagala Jānis Kaidriņa, Ulyanova PII “ants”, Tiskad High Schools, cruise primary schools. In the Sport Festival, the children were delighted by a variety of fairy-tales who demonstrated their children's relay and cheered them at the time of their execution.
At the end of the festival, the participants' awards, photographs, all athletic teams gathered together. Each member received a diploma for active participation in sports festivals, as well as sweets and a common gift for his group.
Each event showed an immeasurable number of children's joy and the diversity of physical activity. It is a joy for educated teachers who are able to realize the idea and provide satisfaction to themselves and others when they create a creative idea. Such measures contribute to the links of children with sport, promote the physical development of sports skills and children in pre-school educational institutions and help to organise children for active rest. By organising festivals, the work experience of pre-school teachers is promoted.
