Yes, in September, the summer dreams will slow down and find a better place to pass the winter. September is a special month for all Latvian pupils and their families, teachers and school staff, supporters and society who appreciate education and its role in human life. It's a month of knowledge.
On September 2, THE Dricānu High School Director, Skaidrīte Strode, brought his school family to a new agenda, stressing that everyone himself must build his own knowledge baggage and accumulate experience, be able to assess what has been given, be positive, responsive and friendly. A special visitor was also present at the school - the chairman OF the Rēzekne council, Monvīds Švarcs, who welcomed the present day and reminded him of the value of education, its importance in the growth and development of each pupil.
AT Dricānu high school this year, the lessons are started by 11 pre-graders who were proud of the solemnly received pupils' certificates and gifts, which were organised by the municipality of Rezekne. The secondary school family also added 11 young people in class 10.
After the solemn line, pupils and parents went to class hours. Later students were active in interactive activities, while the senior school director called for a meeting to discuss the current year of school.
For a successful, creative and positive event, the new school year is filled!
