Since the second Saturday of July 1936, there is a tradition of celebrating festivals for the sea and its arches - fishermen. The festival takes place in Ventspils and Ainaži, in hand and in Kolka, Pāvilhara and Liepaja etc., but there is one village in Latvia, in which, although it is not located on the Baltic Sea, these festivals are celebrated for 20 years. These are Rēzekne Municipality Nagļi Latvia's largest lake -- on the banks of Luban, because people who are associated with fishing are also living here. Also this year, on July 9, IN Nagļu parish and attractively, traditional Fishermen will be celebrated, bringing together their parish and the residents of the municipality, as well as guests.
Festival will begin with angling competitions at noon 6.00 at the water reservoir locks. From 8.00-10.30 there will be a variety of water competitions, from 9.30 children will be able to enjoy a new entertainment on water -- the inflatable bomb.
Festive opening of sports festivals will be held at 10.30 Nagļu in parish sports area. Then it will follow a variety of competitions in the sports area and look at the sports area. From at 14.00-18.00 will operate inflatable amusement for children.
Plumping. 13.00 will be held Mommyfit gymnastics for young mothers.
Throughout the day, there will be a variety of funny relay and amusements that will be reported on the square. The time of the competition may vary slightly depending on the weather conditions and the number of participants that have logged.
There will be cafes at the festive venue.
In the evening, at 22.00 is a festival concert with Nagļu self-employed participation, 23.00 viewers will be pleased by fire show, but 23.15 night ball with the group “green light”.
