Calls FOR 1 TP44T of the head of the pre-school educational institution

The municipality of Rezekne is invited by the municipality TO employ THE head of THE pre-school educational institution OF Maltas. Candidates with higher pedagogical education who have submitted an application together with all necessary documents by 9.00 August of 22 August may participate in the competition: a letter of motivation, an application form (download HERE), education, further education and official language proficiency (if necessary) copies of supporting documents (the original should be accompanied by an interview), Maltas pre-school educational institution development concept (up to three A4 pages per computer article), as well as a statement from the punishment register regarding impunity.
Applications may be submitted in working days from 8.00 to 16.30 in a personally closed envelope in the 17 th office of the municipality of Rezekne (secretary), to be sent by post – release alley 95A, Rezekne, LV-4601 (on the envelope shall be an indication of “competition to the position of the head of the pre-school educational institution OF the municipality OF Rezekne”). After 9.00 on 22 August, the documents submitted for participation in the competition will not be accepted.
The competition will take place in two stages – in the first round, the Commission will assess the eligibility of candidates according to the documents submitted, while in the second round – in the work interview – the knowledge and skills of applicants in the school management, contact capacity, erudition and foreign language knowledge will be evaluated.
Education and skills required for the performance of the duties:
• the higher pedagogical education of the post;
• knowledge of the national language at the highest level;
• English-language knowledge (if the English language proficiency level is assessed at 0 points, the requirement is not met);
• the applicant does not have the right to work as a pedagogue laid down in the Law on the Protection of the Rights of the Child and the Law on the Protection of Children;
• the applicant has at least three years of pedagogical work experience in the field of education or educational management;
• the applicant has a perfect reputation, the applicant is loyal to the Republic of Latvia and its Constitution;
• good communication and cooperation skills, psychological stress in stress situations;
• knowledge in the methodology of organisation of management work;
• knowledge of education content and development issues;
experience in project work;
• IT use skills;
the right of the driver of the driver.
