Extended application for trade in Rēzekne municipality

By July 10, the municipality of Rezekne invites entrepreneurs, craftsmen, domestic producers to apply for their production on the day of Rezekne municipality, which will be held On July 19, from 12.00-05.00 in the territory of Anchupan Kartodroma IN THE parish OF Vērēmu. Estimated number of visitors ~ 6 000.

Conditions of participation and membership fee:
• Rēzekne and other municipality craftsmen and domestic producers, where they sell their products – participation free of charge;
• for enterprises – EUR 7.11, per place three metres wide, for each next metre - 2.85 EURO;
• catering companies – EUR 21,34, in addition to the submission of the food for harmonisation;
• alcohol trade (only the trade in low-alcoholic beverages) – EUR 21,34;
charge per power supply:
• for the provision of lighting in the dark time of the day – LVL 7.11;
• for the connection of electrical appliances – 7,11 EUR per unit up to 3 kW;
• catering companies who prepare food products during the event, connection of electrical devices over 3 kW with connection 380V (separately information regarding the number of devices) and provision of lighting in the dark time of the day – 28,46 EURO.
• they must be equipped with their own trading venue;
• establishments in which food products are marketed must be registered in the food veterinary service.
Interested parties who wish to sell their products on the day of Rezekne Municipality shall be required to submit to the municipality of Rezekne until 10 July 2014 (at the release alley 95A, Rezekne, 3 rd floor, 33 rd office), submitting the application form, a document certifying the economic activity (a copy of the registration certificate of the company, a copy of the individual merchant's certificate or a copy of the registration certificate of the performer of economic activity) and a check or bank statement regarding the payment of the fee and electricity supply. A natural person who has not registered his or her economic activity shall submit a certificate. The form of the application and certification is available on the website of the municipality of Rezekne www.rezeknesnovads.lv, under “submission forms”, and will be sent electronically on request. The application form may be submitted in person, by postal or electronic means, in the local government.

The marketing authorisations and auto passes for the day of the Rezekne municipality will be issued only after payment, by presenting or sending to e-mail: novadadienas@rezeknesnovads.lv scanned, bank approved document for payment of service provision.
The municipality of Rezekne reserves the right to refuse participation in the event of non-compliance with any of the criteria laid down, or because the number of trading venues is limited.
