The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe calls on young people to apply for membership at the 34 th and 35 th plenary sessions

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe (hereinafter - Congress) invites young people to submit their participation in two Congress plenary sessions, which will take place on 27-29 March 2018 and 6-8 November, Strasbourg.
One young man from each Congress Member State will be selected for participation in Congress. The role of the selected young people will be to play an active role in two Congress plenary sessions, as well as returning home, to introduce a project within the framework of the Congress Initiative “Renewable Policy”.
Stakeholders should be given their participation by January 8, 2018by submitting a completed form of application and a short video (not more than 30 sec).
The travel and subsistence expenses of young people will be covered by the Congress. Details, requirements for applicants and form of application available http://bit.ly/callyouth2018.
