1. Auction object - not built, part of land unit intended for completion of land reform in 2.15 ha with cadastre designation 7888 001 0280. The purpose of leasing for agricultural production purposes.

2. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.

3. Initial auction price (EUR, excluding VAT) 80,00 (eighty euros 00 cents) per year, auction step EUR 3,00 (three euro cents).

4. Place and date of the auction - 1 TP54T parish administration premises, sun street 4, Gornica, Silmalas civil parish, Rēzekne municipality, 16 October 2020 at noon 09.00.

5. Lease contract term - 12 years.

6. All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall pay a security equal to the initial fee of the lease, i.e. EUR 80,00 (eighty EUR 00 cents) and a registration fee OF EUR 15,00 (fifteen eur 00 cents).
