How does engineers work?

'Have you decided what you're going to do?' Where are you planning to learn? What will your life be, your career? For many children, these questions are irritating and desperate.... because you can only choose what you know. The choice of a profession can be a major problem if there is a purely practical opportunity to get acquainted with the work results of these professions and to do so. As a result, in the course of his career in Rezekne's municipality, the masters of the small miracle education and technology centre were visited to learn, work and explore the latest technological and human hand-to-hand achievements.
October 9 TH AT Dricānu High School and October 10, the younger class students of the Rēzna primary school separated from the usual rhythm, as they were working for two hours in the technical laboratory of a small miracle centre - studying miniature cars, cottages, and also humanities, studying their work secrets, as well as working in THE 3D magazine building.
Students were introduced to professions and skills, without which it would be impossible to create the only mini world in the Baltics where everything is 87 times smaller than in life. Students learned what engineers, programmers, artists, mehatronics, architects, as well as learnt why today and future professionals have little to do with one profession. In the course of the lesson, boys and girls knew both the technology and the different working instruments, and also learned how it was important to develop a technology and creativity in a growing company.
In the second part of the career event, each pupil was given the opportunity to feel a small miracle masters daily - in the workshop they learned the skills of spatial, scale and modelling structures and created their own 3D world mathematics. Young people were given the task of showing the place where they plan to live and work when they grow up. To operate with different spatial and tactile materials, it was very different, surprisingly and creative. When they went home, the participants took up the work – to build their own self-assessment and inspire future dreams, skills and knowledge.
Let's be glad if you find time to discuss the future of the future of students, and find out who fired her in this lesson and pleased her. We are convinced that at least some of the pupils will certainly choose to associate their future with the field of engineering. The little miracle masters drove all the time to fill the general dreams and ambitions and invited them to a miniature center in Sigulda, to meet.
A career development support measure “as an engineer?” was financed from project No 8.3.5.0/16/I/001 “career support in general and vocational education institutions”.
