Spring. The sun has become warmer and appears more frequently at the horizon, and the fleeing pedestrians shake the edge of the edge. April. There are current days of Latgale potters in which the podiers demonstrate their previous year's performance. This year, these days are even more orchestrated and more anticipated because two years, due to the pandemic and the restrictions introduced during its time, they survived.

Latgale is rich with clay that has been used by podiers for hundreds of years, but every time it surprises with their different shapes and colors. It is a material from which you can create a variety of items to be used, both on a day-to-day basis, in festivals and as a decorator. The works of the podiers are Latgale phenomenon, an integral part of our culture, the podation skills are passed from generation to generation.

For the 41 st time this year, Latgale podiers' days were held with the shooting of the podiers, the scientific readings, but the culmination was the opening of the exhibition on 30 April in Franz Tradog's museum “Colnasate”, where Latgale podiers are seen together.

The exhibition shows the works of Latgale potters, which are made in traditional colours and forms, boring and sticky, suitable for different situations of life. In the hands of a skilled master, the clay is transformed into a real art work that delights the viewers and the users of the object, both with their shape and the colour of the colour, which is unique and unrepeatable.

Visitors to THE “Colnasate” Museum of Tradog will be able to see the entire tourism season of that year.
