Nautrēnu parish project “dance with joy”

On 26 July 2019, the Regional Agricultural Administration of the Rural Support Service approved project No 19-01-AL15-a019 .2202-000051 “dance with joy”. The project is implemented in accordance with the Action Plan of the Development Strategy of the Community Partnership for Development of Rezekne for the 2014-2020 sub-measure “Implementation of activities in connection with the activities of a community-led local development strategy” in activity 19.2.2. “Place potential development initiatives” at the disposal OF R.2 .2. “Citizens' Initiative, Development, Lifelong Learning”. The idea of the project is based on the needs of the population and the ideas of the project. Nautrēnu parish average dance collective (VPDK) “Vasalinki” was created in autumn 2018. The objective of collective creation is to diversify the opportunities and leisure opportunities of the people living and working in rural areas, to promote the preservation of the mental heritage of the People, to provide a positive example for young people, other groups of the population about the opportunities to combine work and meaningful use of free time. The purpose of the project is to purchase a set of peoples corresponding to the traditions of Latgale cultural history in Nautrēnu parish VPDK “Vasalinki”, providing an opportunity for collectors to take part in events both in rural parish and outside the parish, to participate in views and bedtime. Upon learning of Latgale choreographs dance, to preserve and promote the parish territory, especially among the younger generation, the richness of the People's intangible heritage, Latgale and Latvian cultural history. A contract was concluded with SIA “rota R”. The total cost of the project is EUR 4372,12, including EAFRD funding 90% or EUR 3934,92, municipal co-financing 10% - 437,21 EUR. The project co-financing of 10% of the project amount will be provided from the budget resources of the “Nautrēnu parish administration” unit of the municipality of Rezekne. As a result of the implementation of the project, the acquired peoples' suits will enable VPDK “Vasalinki” to participate in various events, to make a visual expression, to promote cooperation with collective in other parish and districts.
