Available FUNDING of EU funds for training of employees

The Central Finance and Contract Agency (CFLA) has launched a selection of open project applications for associations and foundations for the organisation of training for employees. The second round of the selection consists of eur 9 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Wednesday, 9 October, up to S.g. 9 December associations and foundations representing the manufacturing, information and communication technology sector or are centres of international business services; may apply FOR ERDF co-financing for the organisation of various training merchants. The objective of the measure is to provide entrepreneurs with an appropriate qualification workforce, which will contribute to productivity growth and the development and implementation of new or improved products and technologies in production.
Associations and foundations that will implement supported projects will organise training in various areas such as design, manufacturing engineering, telematics and logistics, mathematics, computer science, programming, forestry, environmental protection, project management, language training etc.
The costs of training of employees for small and small enterprises from ERDF funds are planned to be paid in the amount of 70 %, for medium-sized enterprises – 60 %, for large merchants - from 30 to 50 % depending on the company's investments in its research and development. In this selection round, as in the first round of the programme announced in 2016, Eur 9 million ERDF featuresand the maximum ERDF funding per project is 900 000 to 3 100 000 euro, depending on the sector represented by the beneficiary.

THE ERDF support for the implementation of the project is foreseen in Section 1.2.2.2 of the Specific Support Objective 1.2.2.2 of the Operational Programme “Growth and Employment” “to promote the implementation of innovation in merchants” in the framework of Measure 1.2.2.1. “Support for the training of employees”.
