We invite you to participate in support group activities!

At the moment, it is rare for a man to have a day of peace and harmony. Very many people live in a variety of stress situations, but can a man handle it? Often not. Often, he does not know where to seek help when he is in stress when he is not able to find peace and harmony in his own way. Therefore, IN the framework OF THE ESF project “living healthy Rēzekne District!”, every resident of Rezekne, who is up to date, is invited to participate in the activities of support groups for the prevention of stress and depression.

Given by the support group:

  • Makes it possible to improve your stress management and troubleshooting skills;
  • Find out how to prevent the causes of stress;
  • Give you an opportunity to talk and share your experience in stress situations and find out the experience of other people;
