- Lease object – a reserve land fund part of the land unit with cadastre designation 7868 002 0290 for the agricultural production of Luznava parish.
- The amount of the notional lease fee OF EUR 161,00 (one hundred sixty-one euros per cent), (excluding VAT) on the leased portion of the land unit.
- Place and date of submission of the tender applications – the municipality of the municipality of Rezekne in the unit of the Maltese parish association “Luznava parish administration” (Castle Street 6, Luznava, Lieparas civil parish, Rēzekne municipality) in the administrative building on 2 nd floor, 15 April 2021, at noon 11.00.
- Lease term (years) – 12 years.

- All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall pay a security equal to the initial fee of the lease, i.e. EUR 161,00 (one hundred sixty-one euro cents) and registration fee IN EUR 15,00 (fifteen euro cents).
