Let's help kids in their career

For parents

Changes in the labour market, unemployment, constantly increasing information on professions and educational pathways lead to confusion, uncertainty and disinformation in young people who choose their profession. At the same time, young people lack knowledge of the labour market, jobs, educational institutions and exams. They are also unaware of restrictions on certain professions and are often unable to make a decision on the choice of professions.
The solution of the problem can be found in the support of adolescents: assessing their strengths and weaknesses by obtaining and offering information on the professions, duties, psychological and physical requirements that may arise, as well as obtaining information on how to choose suitable
work and making decision-making skills and presenting self-presentation skills.
Currently, the opportunities for students to receive career support have increased considerably, as the collaboration of pupils and career consultants has expanded their career support opportunities, but young people first seek advice from parents, so that the information and experience received in the family plays a very important role in the development of young people's views on professions.
E - The book “my child chooses a career” can provide support to parents as a better understanding of the challenges of today's world in choosing a career and helping his child.
