Emergency Rēzekne District Council meeting (29.12.2022.)

AGENDA OF THE MEETING OF THE RĒZEKNE DISTRICT COUNCIL:

1. On the issue of the Law No 65 of the municipality of Rēzekne of 29 December 2022 “on the budget of the municipality of Rezekne for 2023”.
2. On the payment of additional financing and the remuneration of teachers of general secondary education institutions and mandatory contributions of State social insurance in January – August 2023.
3. The enforcement of a court judgment in civil proceedings No C26197916 “Latgale building” in the claim on the recovery of statutory interest and contractual penalty.
4. Regarding the conclusion of a co-operation contract of the Rēzekne State Orphan's court with the Rēzekne municipality, the Orphan's court shall be appointed by the municipality of Rezekne.
5. On the approval of the results of the auction of the municipality of the municipality of Hyundai Terracan.
6. Amending Decree No 1 of 9 January 2019 of the municipality of 9 January 2019 on participation in the project “Establishment and development OF a society-based social service infrastructure IN Viļānu municipality” of 9 January 2019.
