Target
Increase the quality of the educational process of the educational institutions of Rezekne and the professional competencies of teachers
Priorities
- Lasītprasmes attīstīšana un pilnveidošana mācību procesā un izglītības vidē
- Laviešu valodas lietojuma pārraudzība mācību procesā
- Digitālo prasmju pilnveide un nostiprināšana mērķtiecīgai izmantošanai mācību procesa nodrošināšanā pamatizglītībā
- Individuālā atbalsta sniegšana iekļaujošas izglītības kontekstā, kā arī skolēniem, kuriem identificēts risks priekšlaicīgai mācību pārtraukšanai
- Mācību procesa pārraudzība priekšmetos, kuros, 9. klasi beidzot, tiek kārtoti Valsts pārbaudes darbi
- Jauniešu pētnieciskās darbības prasmju pilnveidošana, apgūstot augstākā līmeņa padziļinātos kursus
- Mācīšanās procesa plānošanas un karjeras virzības aktualizēšana atbilstoši izglītojamo individuālajiem mērķiem

Methodological forms of work
- Analysis of scientific pedagogical literature and recent knowledge, pedagogical process research, integration of innovative ideas into pedagogical practice;
- Organisation of pedagogical methodological measures, involvement of teachers;
- Pedagogu profesionālās kompetences pilnveides atbalsts, programmu izstrāde, īstenošana;
- Promotion of cooperation for the exchange of professional experience, dissemination of good practice.
